I’m a senior content designer and systems thinker with more than 10 years of experience shaping complex consumer and enterprise products at Microsoft, Intuit, Philips, and others.
My work spans AI-powered experiences, financial products, subscriptions, security, consent, lifecycle messaging, and cross-device journeys. From simplifying high-stakes account and payment flows to building scalable content frameworks and generative AI tools, I focus on helping people understand what’s happening, why it matters, and what to do next.

I also care deeply about growing content design practice. I’ve built AI-powered content tools, contributed to design systems, facilitated cross-functional workshops, and created mentorship programs that help designers learn from one another and do their best work.

I’m based in the Seattle area and, outside of work, you’ll usually find me, making art, getting people together, dancing, finding the next best cup of coffee, spending time with my family outdoors or playing board games.
